For clients executing a paid engagement, services are governed by the accompanying Order Form and Master Client Services Agreement (Master CSA). In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and the Master CSA, the terms of the Master CSA control.

Affluent Bayou is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. All services rendered are independent technical and creative consulting services executed on behalf of the Client.

4. Intake Applications & Client Services Engagements
Submitting an intake application, questionnaire, or inquiry through this website does not create a binding client relationship or obligate Affluent Bayou to accept your project.
All paid professional engagements (including Apple Place Card® setup, Ads for Apple Maps® management, and AI Search / GEO optimization) are formally governed by an executed Order Form and our Master Client Services Agreement (Master CSA). The Master CSA governs all service deliverables, authorizations, payment terms, warranties, and platform dependencies.
